Corks, Caps and Cuisine returns to Lambton College

Gourmet food and beverages will be on tap for this weekend's Corks, Caps and Cuisine.

The 16th annual tasting event is on Saturday, October 22 at the Lambton College Event Centre from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Foundation and Alumni Associate Director Krystyna Kahnert said there are around 20 vendors lined up for the event.

"Corks, Caps and Cuisine is Lambton College's Foundation signature event," said Kahnert. "It showcases a variety of craft breweries, wineries and local orchards. Students from our culinary management program, they prepare gourmet appetizers that our guests are able to enjoy paired with our vendors' spirits and wines."

Funds raised will support Lambton College students.

"All proceeds from the event go towards our students' physical and mental wellbeing," said Kahnert.

In the past the event has raised over $32,000.
