Crime Stoppers seeks tips to locate four missing individuals

Sarnia-Lambton Crime Stoppers is asking people to share information on the whereabouts of four missing residents in this week's so-called "crime of the week."

The community oriented program relies on help from citizens to solve cases and reduce crime, through the cooperative efforts of police, media and the community.

"Your assistance is needed in locating three missing males from Sarnia," said the report from Crime Stoppers. "34-year-old Trevor Chaput, 40-year-old Trevor Morley-Wood and 33-year-old Dustin Ireson."

Morley-Wood and Ireson were reported missing last month, while Chaput was reported missing in July.

The OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit was brought in earlier this week to assist in the search for Ireson and Morley-Wood along the St. Clair River.

Crime Stoppers said the disappearance of the three men isn't believed to be linked and any information could be valuable to investigators.

The report also seeks tips to locate 34-year-old Deana Timms.

The Lambton OPP crime unit said she was last heard from in February 2021.

Police are concerned for her wellbeing and set up a dedicated tip line and e-mail for information regarding her whereabouts.

Anyone with information is asked to call 1-844-677-9402 or e-mail police at OPP.TIMMS.Missing.Person@opp.ca.

If you have any information or know the possible whereabouts of any of the missing people, Sarnia-Lambton Crime Stoppers asks that you call them at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or submit a tip online at www.sarnialambtoncrimestoppers.org.
