Break and enter suspects arrested in St. Clair Twp.

Lambton OPP have arrested two suspects after a night time theft in St. Clair Township.

On Thursday, February 2, just before 11:30 p.m., officers responded to a possible break and enter in progress on Queen Street.

When they arrived, police found two men in a pickup truck nearby.

The suspects, a 42-year-old and a 27-year-old, were each charged with six counts of mischief under $5,000, four counts of break and enter, two counts of theft under $5,000, and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.

Both will appear in court at a later date.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
