UPDATE: Police locate missing Sarnia man

Sarnia police say a man in his mid-30s, who was reported missing Thursday, has been found safe.

The service said Chris Olmstead had last been seeing wearing a black coat and red bandana in the downtown area on February 16.

He was located Saturday morning.

Officers are thanking the community for their assistance.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
