Crane to impede traffic near Sarnia's hospital

Drivers are being advised to avoid a section of Norman Street on Thursday, as a crane will be set up on the east side of Sarnia's hospital.

Bluewater Health said a crane will lift equipment to the Norman Building roof.

During this time, through traffic will not be permitted on Norman Street between London Road and Maria Street from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

The hospital said there will be no disruption to hospital services. Personnel will be on site to help.

Ambulances will use the hospital's London Road entrance and staff who park in T Lot can use the Maria Street entrance.
