Police investigate robbery in Bright’s Grove

Sarnia police are asking witnesses to step forward as officers investigate a robbery in the area of Wildwood Park in Bright's Grove.

Police said the incident occurred on the evening of Sunday, May 21. However, a specific time was not provided.

One person sustained unspecified injuries and police said multiple personal items were reported stolen.

Members of the Criminal Investigation Branch believe several people were in the area at the time of the robbery.

"It is reported that some of the people in the area tended to the victim and assisted in recovering items, which had been discarded by the suspects as they fled the area," read a media release.
