Sarnia police responded to a two-vehicle collision before 8:30 a.m. on Indian Road, between Devine Street and Talfourd Street.
The scene was cleared at around 11 a.m.
Further details, including possible charges, were not immediately available.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
