City police were called to a multi-vehicle collision at Finch Drive and London Road at around 9:20 a.m.
Police said one driver was taken to Bluewater Health with unknown injuries.
The collision is under investigation.
Further details, including possible charges, were not immediately available.
Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
