Winnipeg bound Sarnia cyclist reported missing

A Sarnia man travelling across country on his e-bike has been reported missing in northwestern Ontario.

Andrew Waters, 34, was reported missing earlier this week. He's been riding his silver e-bike from Sarnia to Winnipeg, and his last known location was at a gas station east of Upsala, Thunder Bay.

In an news release, OPP said Waters had been checking in with family and friends regularly, however communication stopped on Tuesday, August 8.

Police said he was also being tracked from GPS, which also stopped on August 8.

Waters is described as 6'2" tall, 190 pounds with a muscular build, hazel eyes and short brown hair and has short beard.
