Lambton OPP said a transport truck lost its load of grain when it rolled on Thompson Line, ending up in the ditch.
Thompson Line is closed between Arkona Road and Gordon Road to allow for clean up.
OPP expect the closure to be in place for a few hours.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
