Sarnia police say a teen who was reported missing over the weekend has been found safe.
Police were concerned for the safety of 15-year-old Liam Kaizer, of Sarnia, after he was last seen on Saturday, September 30.
City police posted on X, formerly Twitter, that Kaizer was found in good health on Monday.
It's alleged the male suspect threatened the teen with a knife, led her to a secluded area and sexually assaulted her.
Anyone who was at the Bluewater Health Petrolia Emergency Department on Monday, April 28 from 2 a.m. to 5:20 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. may have been exposed.
