The trial of a Sarnia man charged in the death of a woman in the fall of 2020 began Tuesday.
Timothy Nahmabin, 45, has pleaded not guilty to the charge of manslaughter in the death of Nada Court, whose name up until the trial had not been released.
Nahmabin was arrested nearly a week later and was originally charged with second degree murder. The charge was reduced to manslaughter in February 2022.
His judge only trial continues in Sarnia court today. It's expected to take two weeks.
