The 69-year-old woman was found unresponsive at the bottom of a rear entrance landing, at a Colborne Road apartment building on October 25, 2020.

Nahmabin was arrested nearly a week later and was originally charged with second degree murder.  The charge was reduced to manslaughter in February 2022.

His judge only trial continues in Sarnia court today. It's expected to take two weeks.
