Prime office space available at Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park

The Executive Director of the Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park says the site is "going through a transition phase."

Dr. Katherine Albion said a number of tenants adopted a hybrid work-from-home model, or graduated to establish their own sites, freeing up space at the Modeland Road research park.

"We do have some beautiful office spaces available right now and we have many opportunities for our tenants to come and enjoy the benefits that the research park has to offer to help their companies grow," said Albion.

Albion said they can accommodate short or long term leases.

"We are very flexible with our office arrangements," she said. "We know that businesses are going through transitions right now as well, so we understand that flexibility. We are here to help companies grow and sustain their businesses and we're willing to work with them to meet their needs."

Albion said some of the larger suites are available.

"We have seen interest in the park pick up in the last few months. We've been speaking with more companies and seeing more interest, both locally and from across the province, as well as some inquiries from across Canada," she said.

Albion said the research park's innovative environment, and level of collaborations, reflect in their tenants' accomplishments and achievements.

"At the recent Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Business Achievement Awards, our tenants won 25 per cent of the awards that were given out and many of our other tenants were nominated," Albion said.
