Sarnia firefighters extinguish a vehicle fire on Confederation Street - Dec 29/23 (Photo courtesy of Sarnia Fire and Rescue)Sarnia Fire Rescue Services responded to a vehicle fire in the area of Confederation Street and Indian Road on Friday afternoon.
A photo posted to their Facebook page showed a firefighter spraying water on the engine of the truck to douse the fire.
Residents were being asked to be cautious of crews if traveling around around the area on Friday. The scene was cleared within about an hour.
Further details were not immediately available.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
