Video gamers raise $6K for local charity

The ninth annual "Trapped in the Taproom" event raised over $6,000 for charity. 

Organizer Max Major recently presented a cheque to St. Clair Child and Youth Services.

Over the years, the video game marathon has raised over $40,000 in support of various children's charities including Noelle's Gift.

The latest event was held at Imperial City Brew House.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
