In a post to social media, Lambton OPP said the injuries were believed to be non-life threatening.
County Road 8 and County Road 22 between Confederation Line to Highway 402 was closed for a short period of time.
Details surrounding the cause of the crash, or possible charges were not immediately available.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
