Sarnia police say there was a robbery Wednesday afternoon at Northgate Pharmacy in the Northgate Plaza.
At 3:48 p.m., police were called about a robbery in progress, where narcotics were demanded of the staff.
It's alleged the suspects fled the Exmouth Street shopping centre in a black SUV.
There is expected to be an increased police presence at the Northgate Plaza as the investigation continues.
Police said additional details will follow as the investigation is in its infancy. Anyone who may have been in the area with dash cam footage is asked to call the Sarnia Police Service.
