OPP investigate break-in at home under construction

A break and enter at a home under construction in Plympton-Wyoming is under investigation.

Lambton OPP were called to South Plympton Road property, just east of Wyoming, shortly before 8 a.m. Saturday.

Police determined an unknown individual, or individuals, had smashed a window and entered the house overnight.

Approximately $5,000 worth of tools were stolen from a construction trailer, and police said the investigation is continuing.

Officers are asking anyone with information that could assist them with the investigation to call 1-888-310-1122.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
