No injuries in Petrolia fire

The Petrolia and North Enniskillen Fire Department responded to a structure fire Saturday morning.

Firefighters responded to the blaze at around 8:40 a.m. at a home in the area of Florence Avenue and Egan Avenue.

Fire Chief Rick Cousins said the fire was quickly contained to the garage.

A damage estimate was not immediately available.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
