UPDATE: Sarnia crash sends two to hospital

A two vehicle crash in the area of Mitton Street and Maria Street has sent both drivers to hospital.

Sarnia firefighters responded to the scene just before 10 a.m. Sunday morning and extracted one driver who sustained minor injuries.

According to police a westbound driver failed to stop for a stop sign at Mitton Street and struck another vehicle and a parked car.

The driver who failed to stop has been charged with disobeying a stop sign.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
