A Sarnia man is being charged for trespassing on two city properties.

Sarnia police said at approximately 12:40 a.m. Saturday officers were called to a Lakeshore Road residence after an unknown man was found on the homeowners back deck.

Police allege this was the same description of person at an earlier call on Murphy Road.

The 40-year-old suspect was located and arrested.

Officers said it was found the suspect was bound by three probation orders for similar offences and in violation of multiple conditions including a curfew.

The suspect was held for bail but was released on a recognizance of bail with conditions including a curfew.
