Assault with edged weapon in PW leads to arrest

A 25-year-old has been arrested after allegedly assaulting someone with an edged weapon at a Plympton-Wyoming (PW) home.

Lambton OPP officers were called to a Niagara Street address at around 3:10 a.m. on Monday, September 2.

Police said the victim suffered minor injuries, and the accused is charged with assault with a weapon.

They were released from police custody and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on October 16 in Sarnia.
