Investigators say it happened at around 4:30 a.m. on August 31. Two people were seen walking in the area. One person allegedly went to a home, looking for unsecured doors, while the other man sat on a bicycle and acted as a lookout.
Police said the first man found an unlocked door and entered the garage. The suspect stole some Dewalt tools before leaving the garage and fleeing the area.
The theft was captured on the homeowner's security cameras, and police have asked the public to have a look.
