Police looking for driver who killed four birds in Sarnia park

Sarnia police are asking the public for help finding a truck driver who killed four birds at local park.

At around 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, officers were called to Centennial Park on Front Street.

They were told that people were feeding ducks and geese when a dark-coloured truck in a nearby parking lot decided to drive through the birds.

Three ducks and a Canada goose were killed.

The truck is believed to be a dark Dodge Ram. It has a burnt orange flame decal on the passenger side, lifted 35-inch tires, a full cab with a long box, a custom front grill, and tan rock guard panels and bumper.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 519-344-8861 or anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
