Aiden Bennett was reported missing over the weekend after he was last seen in the Willa Drive area on February 15.
Police updated the missing person advisory on February 18 and said Bennett had been located.
Bluewater Health President and CEO Paula Reaume-Zimmer confirmed the facility will be staffed 24/7 and will be substance free.
The scheduled maintenance at the Sarnia facility is expected to take about six weeks to complete.
