It was issued Sunday morning as officers were conducting a weapons investigation.
Walpole Island First Nation Council said on social media that it was an active shooter investigation.
Further details, including possible injuries or charges were not immediately available.
Police said on May 15, at approximately 1:10 a.m., the pair entered the establishment and stole an undetermined amount of goods.
