Jeremy Thibeault was reported missing after he was last seen on March 5 in the area of Christina Street South and Johnston Street, and last heard from on March 7.
Police and Thibeault's family members were concerned for his welfare.
Police issued an update Monday afternoon that Thibeault was found safe.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
