Police say Dennis, who also goes by the name John, had last been seen in the Point Edward area at around 7:30 a.m. Monday.
Police announced on Monday night that he had been located and is safe.
"Police and family members want to thank the members of the public for their assistance," OPP said in a statement released to the media.
