Man arrested after allegedly exposing himself

A 48-year-old man is charged after he allegedly exposed himself at a Sarnia convenience store.

The Sarnia Police Service (SPS) were called to the store at Indian Road and Confederation Street just before 5:30 p.m.

The man was allegedly in front of the store holding a knife, exposing his genitals to customers.

He was located inside and arrested.

During a search of the suspect officers found a folding pocket knife.

SPS learned the man had been placed on probation with conditions to keep the peace and to be on good behaviour.

He was held for bail.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
