London Police and the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad are looking for a man and they think he may be in the Sarnia area.
Police have issued a Canada-wide warrant for the arrest of 48-year-old Kenneth Andrew Carrothers for being unlawfully at large.
Carrothers is a white man, 5'11" and 190 lbs, with several tattoos. He has a tattoo of a cross and Jesus on his right forearm, Celtic symbols and a brick wall on his left forearm, a yin-yang symbol on his right shoulder, and one of the sun on his back.
He was last seen in London on June 25.
