The incident happened Saturday afternoon in the area of Maria Street and Vidal Street.
The vehicle suffered significant damage; however, police did not specify whether anyone was injured.
The public is asked to avoid the area as officers continue to investigate.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
