SPS searching for man involved in alleged theft

Sarnia police are appealing to the public for help in identifying a man who allegedly broke into a garage at a Finch Drive home.

Police said it happened on Thursday, July 24 at 9:23 p.m. at the home located between Humber Drive and Fanshaw Drive.

The man allegedly stole a mountain bike.

The bike is described as black, has black handlebars, black seat and silver brake levers.

He is described as white with short dark hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, green athletic shorts and a purple baseball hat.
