Boat trailer stolen in Lambton Shores

Police are looking for an alleged thief in Lambton Shores.

Lambton OPP were called to a Poplar Avenue address in Port Franks on Sunday for a report of a stolen boat trailer.

The theft is believed to have occurred sometime between Sunday, July 27 and Saturday, August 2.

The missing boat trailer is described as a 26-foot dual axle trailer with bright blue bunks.

It has two white rims on the passenger side and one black and one white rim on the driver's side. The trailer is also equipped with two jacks fixed to the front.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
