Booze stolen in Grand Bend

Lambton OPP are investigating a theft at the LCBO in Grand Bend.

Just after 5 p.m. on Thursday, August 7, police were called about a theft at the store on Main Street.

It's alleged two people entered the store, concealed two bottles of alcohol and left without paying.

OPP have released a photo of one of the suspects.

Police are asking anyone who recognizes the individual, or has information about the theft to call 1-888-310-1122, or Sarnia-Lambton Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
