No serious injuries were reported in an incident on Queen Street on Saturday, September 13.
Sarnia police said officers were called just before 12 p.m. near the intersection of Queen Street and Talfourd Street about two men fighting, one possibly armed with a machete.
Officers said one man left the area southbound and the second, with the machete, left northbound on a black bike.
The man with the weapon was found by police on Vidal Street, north of Devine Street.
Police said he had a large hooked saw with a black handle across the handle bars of the man's bike.
Officers learned the man was subject to court imposed conditions to not possess weapons, to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
A 53-year-old man was arrested and charged with weapons dangerous, failure to comply with a release order and disobey court order.
He was held for bail and released on conditions.
The second male was not located.
