A 40-year-old man was arrested when he was found with a stolen motorcycle.
Police saw the man on a stalled motorcycle just before 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, September 13 at the intersection of Vidal Street South and St. Andrew Street.
Investigators said the accused dismounted and pushed it into a nearby parking lot.
When police searched the licence plate they learned it was not registered to the motorcycle.
Police said the bike was repainted after being stolen from a Sarnia driveway on September 3.
When officers searched the man they found multiple break and enter tools including bolt cutters, box cutters, a UV light and other hand held tools.
The man was charged with two counts of possession of stolen property under $5,000, possession of break-in instruments, two counts of drive under suspension and other Highway Traffic Act charges.
He was held for bail but has been remanded into custody.
