One teen is dead after they were found unconscious in a well.
Saturday afternoon, Middlesex County OPP, Lambton County EMS, and Local fire responded to a farm on Parkhill Drive in the Municipality of North Middlesex following reports of a farming accident.
Emergency services located the unconscious 15-year-old, and the individual was transported to the hospital, where they were later pronounced dead.
Police, along with the Ministry of Labour and the Office of the Coroner, remain on the scene as the investigation continues.
