A Sarnia man has been arrested after he broke his probation orders.
Friday afternoon, an officer saw a man walking towards a business in the area of South Christina Street.
After conducting a record check, officers discovered that he was bound by a court-ordered release for various offenses. One of the conditions was to stay away from the business he was near.
The 21-year-old Sarnia man, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with failure to comply with a release order, as well as breach of probation.
The man has had 40 interactions with police since September of last year, which include 13 arrests and 33 charges, of which 19 were for breach of probation.
He has been released by the court with conditions.
