Emergency crews responded shortly after 5 p.m. to Highway 40 between Oil Springs Line and Moore Line in Courtright.
There was no immediate word on injuries, and the OPP has described the collision as "serious".
As of 9 p.m. on Thursday, Highway 40 was still closed between Moore and Oil Springs Line.
