Sarnia police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Timothy Guindon.
Sarnia had a higher participation rate compared to the provincial average in the 2022 election, however turnout was still lower than in 2018.
Police said when the officer tried to take physical control of the suspect, he immediately resisted, slipped his jacket and took off.
