Sarnia police, Lambton EMS and Sarnia Fire Rescue were called to a collision on Michigan Line just east of Brigden Sideroad.
Firefighters performed a successful roof removal to safely free the lone occupant from the vehicle, which had entered the ditch.
Further details were not immediately available.
Four Sarnia streets made the CAA's regional Worst Roads list this year. The only road outside of Sarnia to make the top five was Windsor's Riverside Drive East.
