Lambton OPP have laid charges in a two-vehicle crash in St. Clair Township.
At around 1:40 a.m. December 21, police and Lambton EMS responded to the intersection of Brigden Road and Plank Road.
Police said both drivers were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A 43-year-old woman from Plympton-Wyoming had her vehicle impounded for 45 days.
She's charged under the Highway Traffic Act with operation while impaired, dangerous operation causing bodily harm, and four counts of driving while under suspension.
Police said the accused was held pending a bail hearing, released, and is scheduled to appear in court on January 28, 2026.
