Sarnia police have arrested a suspect in connection with a mischief incident in the city's downtown area.
On January 9, police released a video that appeared to show a suspect keying a pick-up truck on December 22, 2025 at the corner of Lochiel and Christina Streets.
It was viewed over 125,000 times across social media platforms.
Police were able to identify the suspect with help from the public. Officers contacted him, and he turned himself in on Sunday morning.
The 31-year-old is charged with mischief under $5,000.
He was released shortly afterward on a police undertaking without incident.
