Two people from Brooke-Alvinston were charged following a single vehicle collision in Plympton-Wyoming on Monday.
Just after 5 p.m., Lambton OPP responded to a collision on Minielly Road, between Churchill and Confederation Lines.
"Investigation revealed the vehicle left the roadway and entered the ditch," OPP said in a news release. "Upon arrival, officers observed three individuals fleeing the area on foot towards a nearby bush. Officers located the individuals a short distance away and all three individuals were taken into custody."
Following an investigation, 27-year-old Connor McCulloch was arrested and charged with resisting and assaulting a peace officer, mischief, and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
McCulloch has since been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court on April 1.
A 20-year-old was also charged with being intoxicated in a public place.
The third individual taken into custody was released unconditionally. Police said no injuries were reported.
