Sarnia fire officials say no one was hurt after fire broke out on Monday afternoon.
Firefighters were guided to Murphy Road near Wellington Street shortly after 2:30 p.m., by high plumes of black smoke. When crews reached the scene, they found two separate fires.
One of the structures was completely engulfed in flames.
Two hose lines were immediately deployed, and the fires were both brought under control within an hour.
Initial reports stated that a person may have still been in one of the buildings, but a complete search found no one inside.
As of 6:30 p.m., fire investigators were still on scene.
There is no word yet on a cause or damage estimate.
