SCF announces new spring grants

The Sarnia Community Foundation (SCF) has announced a number of new grant cycles that are officially open to community organizations.

They support local impact, innovation, and youth development.

This season's grant opportunities include the Giving Tuesday Grant, STEM Youth Program Grants, and Environmental Stewardship Grants.

Executive Director of Sarnia Community Foundation Mike Barron said he is optimistic to see how these grants positively impact the community.

"We are proud to continue supporting innovative and community-focused initiatives across Lambton County," said Barron. “These grants help spark new ideas, empower youth, and protect the environment we all share; with our recent growth we are so excited to expand our grants.”

Eligible applicants include registered charities, community organizations and qualified nonprofit groups.

To learn more about each grant visit the Sarnia Community Foundation's website.

The deadline to submit applications is April 13, 2026.
