Police said he was last seen at around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Lochiel Street and Vidal Street.
Guindon is described as white, 5’7” tall, about 198 pounds, with a medium build and strawberry blonde hair.
Police said he was last seen wearing light colored t-shirt, with a light-colored flannel top.
