Dr. Noranda Nyholt and Dr. James Boudreau were also recognized as recipients of the 2026 Awards of Excellence from the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at Western University.

"Physicians at Bluewater Health continue to demonstrate exceptional leadership, adaptability, and commitment to patient care and mentorship of medical learners," said Chief of Staff and Vice President of Medical Affairs Dr. Mike Haddad in a news release. "This event is an opportunity to celebrate not only their clinical excellence, but the meaningful difference they make in the lives of patients and families every day."

"Our physicians are at the heart of what inspires this community to give. Patients and families see the compassion and dedication behind the care they receive, and that connection is what drives philanthropy at Bluewater Health," said Bluewater Health Foundation Executive Director Kathy Alexander in a news release. “We are proud to celebrate these individuals whose impact extends far beyond the bedside."

The event brought together hospital and community physicians, leaders, and partners for an evening of celebration and connection, marking the first such gathering since 2022.
