Police said Hilda Oliver is described as 5'2" tall with dark brown hair and brown eyes.
Oliver was last seen at around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8 walking in the area of Maxwell Street.
She was wearing a puffy camo jacket, blue jeans a black hat and black sunglasses.
