Sarnia Fire Rescue crews extinguished a vehicle fire on Thursday afternoon on Talfourd Street.
The blaze broke out just after 2:30 p.m. and the vehicle appeared to be a golf cart, or something similar.
Upon arrival, firefighters discovered the fire had extended to a nearby structure.
The fire department said crews acted quickly to knock down both the vehicle and structure fires, preventing further damage to surrounding exposures.
The scene was cleared a short time later and no injuries were reported.
